I found a very inspiring piece of contemporary treasures in Philadelphia, and all I can say is that if you also believe that contemporary art has healing powers, don’t miss the chance of making a visit. The Institute of Contemporary Art at the University of Pennsylvania has a lot of joy to give. What makes this place so special is indeed the connection and engagement to the art world that the Institute believes in. This post will not ruin all your fun, and is highly recommended to discover the Institute on your own. Friendly reminder: the current exhibits all end on December 28th. And all of them are incredibly interesting. Endless Rotation picked two and now you get to peak too.
“Alex Da Corte and Jayson Musson: Easternsports” invite the viewer to their pink and profound experience in an installation format. Get ready to sit there for a few minutes and watch colorful videos filled with unusual characters.
“Readykeulous by Ridykeulous: This is What Liberation Feels Like”: Filled with scandolous letters and correspondences. Mixed media and laughter defines.
